German LNG Terminal

German LNG Terminal is planning the construction and operation of a combined import and distribution terminal for LNG in Brunsbüttel. Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) on behalf of the German federal government, the Dutch Gasunie LNG Holding B.V. and RWE will advance the project together.

This shareholder structure of highly experienced companies secures not only the swiftest possible completion of the project but also its progressive use for climate-neutral energy carriers. From the outset the terminal is designed to be convertible for the import of green hydrogen and its derivatives.
