AquaVentus Förderverein e.V. submitted a statement as part of the consultation on the informational presentation in Annex 3 of the 2025 land development plan.

AquaVentus is committed to the sustainable development of offshore hydrogen production and considers the considerations for optimizing grid connection and land use contained in the informational presentation to be central to future offshore planning in Zones 4 and 5. In particular, we believe that the aspects of peak capping, increasing the transmission capacity of offshore grid connection systems (ONAS) and legally enabling combined connection concepts require in-depth examination and clear integration into future planning.
