The company formerly operated under the name Clyde Bergemann Termotec GmbH and was founded as a joint venture in 2014 by two strong partners, Shuangliang Eco-Energysystems Co.LTD (SEES) and the Clyde Bergemann Power Group (CBPG). SEES was founded in 1982 in Jiangyin in the Yantze River industrial region of China.
